Perhaps on a bad TNT version of Sex And The City. No one besides Midwestern housewives read O Magazine for inspiration and comfort, but I’d expect nothing less out of the talking head of Star Magazine.
“I couldn’t help but wonder, how would Oprah advise me on getting over a four month relationship with a guy that I was pretty sure I was more important and famous, notwithstanding his professional accomplishments. Surely Oprah, who built herself up from humble beginnings, would feel my pain and having unsuccessfully dug for gold with the wrong guy. I tried so hard to make him into a model boyfriend, but he is so immature and doesn’t have my level of self-awareness. I am going to re-read The Secret.”
